Our client is a High Volume Restaurant Chain that is looking for Kitchen MANAGERS to join their growing company. Their Mission is to provide guests with an outstanding Mexican dining experience by providing fresh, high quality, crave-able products prepared to order and served in a clean, friendly and festive environment,
They are seeking:
Candidates with a successful track record who can hit the ground running and progress in the organization based on their outstanding leadership skills and operational experience working in a fast paced environment.
Managers who have a passion for hospitality, and have demonstrated effective leadership ability by achieving consistent results
Individuals with experience working within a corporate restaurant environment, who work well with structure and systems.
Applicants who are able to communicate effectively in Spanish (Bilingual a plus).
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years casual full service management restaurant experience, • Commitment to quality and service
• An outgoing personality
Must be Bilingual
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
